Individual Sessions

Private  yoga sessions allow us to refine our teaching in order to cater to individual needs.  Through higher-level training and certifications, our private yoga instructors are able to address a wide range of class requests.

Private classes are designed to focus on detailed requests such as alignment, advanced postures, and sequencing, weight loss, relaxation, flexibility, injury rehabilitation, yoga therapeutics, or meditation.

The non-intimidating environment of private yoga sessions gives students a chance to ask questions and receive advanced assistance.Perfect for students of all levels, private sessions are also helpful to those who are new to yoga and not yet interested in attending public classes.
