Aanand Sadhna Kendra(ASK) was established in 2014  by Sri Gurudev  as a non-profit organization. Our aim is to  serve  humanity by bringing health,happiness and energy in them. and to create a divine society by developing awareness of the self discovery within each of us. For this, Aanand Sadhna Kendra (ASK) offers various Yoga & Meditation courses through which one can enjoy the traditional practices of Yoga, Meditation & Rhythms of Breath along with the knowledge and music.
